RESERVATIONS

To make a reservation, please contact us using the form below or by sending an email. You will then receive an availability email, to which you must respond with a confirmation of the reservation.

The confirmation of availability for specific dates, as received from “Theros Summer Suites” reservations, is not considered a reservation confirmation. The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the 25% deposit of the total value.

The confirmation of the deposit should also be sent to “Theros Summer Suites” reservations via email. The deposit will be deposited within 3 working days to the bank account that we will indicate to you. You must indicate your full name in your deposit.

For cancellation of a reservation, the deposit will be refunded only under the following conditions:

*0% cancellation fee:*

Full refund – When the cancellation of the reservation is made with a minimum of 30 days notice (from the date of arrival) to the reservations department of “Theros Summer Suites”.

*Note:*

100% of the deposit is refunded.

Notifications are accepted via email.

*50% cancellation fee:*

A 50% cancellation fee is charged if the cancellation of the reservation is made within the period of 21 to 30 days from the date of arrival.

*Note:*

50% of the deposit is refunded.

Notifications are accepted via email.

*100% cancellation fee:*

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged when the reservation is cancelled within 20 days of the arrival date.

*Note:* No deposit is refundable.
